Copper Still is a Royal Mile Scottish restaurant and bar located in the heart of Edinburgh’s historic Royal Mile next to St Giles Cathedral and Parliament Square between Edinburgh Castle, the Holyrood palace and Scottish Parliament. We serve the best Scottish larder food all day and open from 9am for the Scottish breakfast menu, lunch and dinner till late.
Come and try Copper Still for breakfast, lunch or dinner with friends and family before visiting Edinburgh Castle or exploring the Edinburgh Old Town. Our outside terrace looks onto the Royal Mile where you can watch the buskers and the city go by.
Our chefs come in early every day and cook fresh Scottish food using the best local products. Our all day menu for lunch and dinner offers Scottish dishes such as Cullen skink, east coast haddock for our fish and chips, award winning haggis, prime Scotch beef from our butcher for the Scotch Steak pie and steaks to our desserts such as cranachan and sticky toffee. We have something for everyone including vegetarian and vegan options.
Come in and try our carefully selected range of Scottish craft beers, our extensive whisky list, hand-crafted cocktails using Scottish spirits, our signature Royal Mile cocktails and a wine list to complement the food. We are here in the centre on the Royal Mile for you to experience great Scottish hospitality.
Walk-ins are always welcome and a big section of the restaurant and bar are for walk-ins, we take bookings as well.
